Daikin 3MXS24JVJU 24,000 Btu Outdoor Unit 2-Zone Heat and Cool Ductless Mini Split System 15+15 Btu Indoor Units

Daikin 3MXS24JVJU 24000 Btu Outdoor Unit 2-Zone Heat and Cool Ductless Mini Split System 15+15 Btu Indoor Units

Daikin Mini Split System, you can heat or cool 3 separate areas of your home at one time. Perfect for an addition or if you need specific comfort levels in different areas of your home or office. With Daikin, there is no need for major ductwork, no noisy backyard compressors and best of all no bulky window units! With a space saving design, quiet operation and an inverter “variable speed” compressor, Daikin uses a small, easily hidden outdoor unit connected to a wall mounted indoor via a pair of copper piping to cool your rooms or zones. These lines open into a small three-inch opening through a wall or ceiling. Its streamlined, wall-mounted indoor units and compact outdoor units blend in discreetly with any home design and run quietly, too. Whether you’re enhancing a single room or adding on an entire wing, the system’s space-saving, modular design is ideal for set-apart areas like a garage, office or nursery.

The Daikin 3MXS24JVJU is Energy Star Qualified when installed in non-ducted combinations. When configuring your Daikin 3MXS24JVJU Tri-Zone System, please keep in mind that the total cooling capacity of this system is 24,000 BTUs. If you choose 3 12000 BTU indoor units you will still only draw a total of 24,000 BTUs – approximately 8,000 BTUs per unit.

Indoor Unit(s):

• Precision temperature control for individual rooms

• Wide Angle Louvers

• Vertical Auto Swing (up and down)
• Horizontal Auto Swing (left and right)

• 3D Airflow – Combines vertical and horizontal auto-swing to circulate cool/warm air to the corners of large areas

• Indoor Unit Quiet Operation
• Intelligent Eye – The intelligent eye is an infrared sensor with the ability to sense movement in the room. When you are in the room, the air conditioner operates normally. If you leave the room for more than 20 minutes the air conditioner automatically changes to an energy-saving operation. Using the intelligent eye, savings of up to 20% in cooling and up to 30% in heating, can be achieved.

• Program Dry Function – This gives priority to reducing the level of humidity in the room rather that room temperature.

• Automatic Operation – For unattended year-round comfort, this function allows the unit to automatically switch between heating and cooling modes as required.

• Auto Fan Speed
• Hot Start – When the heating operation starts or when the unit changes from cooling to  heating, there is no cold draught released into the room

• Mold Proof Air Filter
• Titanium Apatite Photocatalytic Air Deodorizing Funtion – This filter combines the air-purifying filter and titanium apatite photocatalytic deodorizing filter in a single highly effective unit. The filter traps microscopic particles, decomposes odors and even adsorbs and deactivates bacteria and viruses. It lasts for three years without replacement if washed once every six months.
